State-of-the-art ICT Infrastructure: Critical to the success of the ASP is its advanced Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure and services.  Tenants are offered a wide range of services including least-cost routing IP telephony service, broadband internet and email, server access, back-up and data recovery services, ICT support, access control and CCTV monitoring.

Turnkey Buildings Developed to Tenant Requirements:  Turnkey buildings are developed to tenant requirements and are designed to achieve optimised factory layout and process flows.  The design and finishes of the buildings are governed by the ASP’s architectural guidelines and meet international automotive standards. 

Comprehensive Logistics Services:  The Logistics Centre, operated by an independent service provider, offers warehousing and distribution services  to ASP tenants and automotive customers.  A further three logistic service providers are based at the Central Hub offices and provide a wide range of local and international logistic services.  A dedicated truck staging area manages truck movements in and out of the ASP.  A significant benefit to ASP tenants is the centrally located container depot which is able to handle all inbound and outbound container traffic.
