Turnkey buildings are developed to tenant requirements and are designed to achieve optimised factory layout and process flows.

The design and finishes of the buildings are governed by the ASP’s architectural guidelines and meet international automotive standards.  The preferred occupation model is a lease model, in terms of which tenants have the option of leasing premises over time periods that tie up with their supply contracts.

For smaller operations, shared mini-factories are available.
